1. Overview
At Zyranex, we strive to deliver high-quality digital and consultancy services. Because our services are highly customized and involve significant time and intellectual resource allocation, our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our creative/technical teams.
2. Nature of Services
Most of our services, including Web Development, SEO, SMO, CRM implementation, and Export Consultancy, are project-based. Once a project is initiated, resources are dedicated to your specific requirements. Therefore, services rendered are generally non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not standard practice but may be considered under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet commenced or the initial development phase has not started.
- There is a proven failure on our part to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work as defined in the signed proposal.
- The request for cancellation is made in writing within a reasonable timeframe, subject to management approval.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Where work has already been completed, delivered, or implemented.
- If the delay or dissatisfaction is caused by a lack of communication or delayed approvals from the client’s side.
- For third-party expenses, such as domain registration, hosting fees, software licenses, or paid advertising budgets already spent on platforms like Google or Meta.
5. Cancellation Process
If you wish to cancel a service, you must submit a formal request via email to our official support address. Upon receiving your request, we will review the project status, billable hours spent, and milestones achieved to determine if any partial refund is applicable after deducting operational and administrative costs.
6. Project Suspension
In cases where a client decides to pause a project indefinitely rather than cancel, Zyranex will hold the work in progress for a mutually agreed period. Fees paid for work completed up to that point remain non-refundable.

Zyranex reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will be effective immediately for all new projects and service engagements.
