1. Introduction

By accessing or using the services of Zyranex, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Zyranex provides Website Development, Shopify & WordPress Development, E-commerce Solutions, CRM Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO), Export Consultancy, and specialized IT & Export support services. Service scope will be defined in the project proposal prior to initiation.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful content, and timely approvals. Zyranex shall not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect inputs from the client side.

4. Payments & Fees

All payments are subject to agreed proposals or invoices. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing. Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Zyranex provides development, SEO, marketing, and consultancy services using industry best practices. However, due to the dynamic nature of digital platforms, global markets, search engine algorithms, and external factors beyond our control, we do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue results.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

Zyranex follows standard data protection practices to safeguard client information. However, we are not liable for data breaches caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, or cyber incidents beyond reasonable control.

7. Confidentiality

Zyranex respects the confidentiality of all information shared by clients during the course of service engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, business details, trade information, marketing data, pricing, credentials, strategies, and any proprietary or sensitive information.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All services offered by Zyranex are customized and digital in nature. Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable. Cancellations must be requested in writing and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Termination

Zyranex reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time if the client breaches these Terms & Conditions, fails to make timely payments, provides false or misleading information, or engages in unethical, unlawful, or policy-violating activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of Zyranex services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
